OT Tell that to Helium, he thinks Reagan created Jackson. btw, you should just love it that John Chambers is the leading high tech advocate for George Bush. Not that he needs that much help since the self-anointed "inventor of internet", AlGore, is owned by the trial lawyers and anti-free trade Big Labor - the mortal enemies of progress and high tech America.

Not sure what any of this discussion about Judge Posner has to do with CSCO, but I have to take some issue with Lawdog's statement that: "Posner's education at that slightly liberal university known as Yale had much more to do with his development as a great thinker." Judge Posner's thinking is usually associated with the University of Chicago's "law and economics" movement. You would find relatively little of this kind of thought at Yale, either in the economics department or the law school. Charlie
