LONDON, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- QXL.com plc (Nasdaq: QXLC) (LSE: QXL.L) today announced that at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 3 April 2000, the Company's shareholders passed a resolution approving the bonus issue of two Ordinary Shares, nominal value 0.1p each, in QXL.com for every Ordinary Share held in the capital of QXL.com plc on 3 April 2000. Dealings in the 238,621,810 new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on Thursday, 6 April 2000.

glenn, this is john bulkely former ceo of bnbn's company. i was wondering why he would leave bnbn a month before he was due all of his options there. i think i know the answer now.
