10:16 ET Salomon Overweights Tech : Salomon Smith Barney strategist John Manley is shifting to an Overweight position in tech from a previous Market Weight allocation. re: RMBS chart I think it will run into resistance around the 260 area, I'm not saying don't buy it, I just did two times, I'm just saying that a clear bottom has not been made and trade could be had. The new of them spreading out is great, and should help to smooth out the dependency of one sector. Greg
