Thanks Jim, makes sense but I may have misunderstood the deal: I thought it was 75% of the closing price on 4/5 but, if that's the case, the stock is barely moving today. PRGN on the other hand is down $20 at last look. I like the strategy you describe, however, when you say, "... hold on till stock moves up...," how long do you think it will take to approach $43? Or am I all confused on how the stock purchase works????
