10:16 ET Salomon Overweights Tech : Salomon Smith Barney strategist John Manley is shifting to an Overweight position in tech from a previous Market Weight allocation.

Ahhh.... He must be the one accumulating ISLD all morning. Looks ready to go again to me. Been watching some big buying going on and intraday chart looks ready, IMHO. Just waiting for the volume to kick in which says go!

Thanks, Fred, I am so pissed off I didn't load the boat at the bottom on Tuesday. I used too much caution, when the nasdaq was down 570, I almost froze, at least I bought some. It does seem that some force wanted to shake out all of the weak hands in the market on Tuesday.
CMGI is looking good.
