Acquires Internet Service and DSL Provider in the Washington/Baltimore Region The PressRoom Online Services Will Serve as Frontline's First Regional Office PEARL RIVER, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2000-- Frontline Communications Corp. (AMEX: FNT - news), www.frontline.net, today announced it has acquired The PressRoom Online Services, www.pressroom.com, a provider of Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), dedicated access, dial-up access, and Web hosting to over 2,000 businesses and individuals in the Washington/Baltimore region. Frontline will utilize PressRoom's Washington, DC metropolitan location as a base of operations for its first regional office to execute Frontline's plan for market expansion in the Mid-Atlantic states.
