A cash flow statement can only be prepared from two consecutive balance sheets and the income statement plus some minor adjustments. If you check 10q or 10k statements from any listed stocks, you will find out that they always present two consecutive balance sheets, income statements and statement of cash flow. Strangely, Jones & Jensen always shows one balance sheet even it has audited both the 1998 and 1999 financial statements.

I took the audited balance sheet of 1998 and 1999 plus the income statement and tried to prepare the cash flow statement. It was mission impossible. My conclusion: either the 1998 audited balance sheet has been significantly revised or the cash flow statement just full of plug-in figures. We knew that ZSUN has revised its 1998 income statement significantly. It probably had to revise the 1998 balance sheet too. ZSUN CANNOT HIDE the revised balance sheet of 1998.

There is no way that SEC will approve this version of 10sb.

When Tyco International, Sunbeam and Cendant revised its financial statements, the stocks were halved, ZSUN did not even tell the public that they have revised the 1998 financial statements.
