Thread: I have a question about Microsoft and what they are doing with encryption in Windows2000. I read a story in the Saturday or Sunday edition of the Seattle Times which seemed to say that Microsoft has made changes to the standard encryption language in Windows2000 in much the same way they changed Java. I was surprised to read this because it would seem be an act of defiance that would place them in even more trouble. Does anybody know anymore about this?

Okay, thanks. I was supposing class action. As I think about it though, it'd be pretty difficult to quantify damages as shareholders. The company itself would have to do that. -JCJ
