I think MSFT's revenues and EPS are accelerating because:
(a) Intel and AMD are seeing strong surge in CPU sales. Semiconductor chip sales are up 30%+
(b) Mr. Dell said yesterday that corporate spending on PCs has accelerated to above normal rates.

I think this Q for MSFT will be similar to March 98 Q when office97 sales resulted in 67c (pre-splits) EPS compared to street estimates of about 45c.

What makes you think MSFT will pre-release. I do not remember them doing it in the past, but of course I may be wrong.
