LAHA . . . NASDAQ SmallCap requirements. It seems to me that currently LAHA falls short in several of the categories, such as minimum bid price and market cap. However, RG is the expert on LAHA so I will defer to him. RG?? It seems to me the most important thing is to get the minimum bid to $4 and the market cap to $50M. I believe there is 16.3M shares outstanding. At $4/share that would be a market cap of $65M. Of course, I would love $4/share!! RG . . . thoughts?? Katie K.
