OEI: It has had the same pattern the last few days. It seems clear to me that a fund is trimming their holdings, possibly to meet redemptions. I am holding because earnings WILL be great. Lot's of small fish folding their 100-200 shares here. The lower it goes, the more small sells and large buys. Thomsons indicates a lot of strong buying interest here. IMHO 12 3/4 is an excellent buy point, if the specialist will give it to you. It's a REALLY bad place to sell.
