Thanks for the info, great way to introduce the decided upon solid oxide fuel cell technology. GLE acknowledges Siemens -Westinghouse larger, high temp plants on their fuel cell page.

By the way if the state of Idaho is considered Pacific Northwest so should Alberta. Here's a link to Snohomish Public Utility newsletter recognizing Delphi/Global Thermoelectric success. The second is a report about a conference that concluded yesterday look who was there, and the sponsors. Don't get fooled though it mentions the 'Great Experiment' p.e.m. they weren't there.

Innovation
Delphi Automotive Systems and Global Thermoelectric have
successfully tested an integrated solid-oxide fuel cell system that will run on gasoline.

The conference participants certainly were talking about solid oxide technology.

"Conference sponsors include Seattle City Light and the City of Seattle; the Snohomish Public Utility District; Honda; the Environmental Protection Agency; the Bonneville Power Administration; the state Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development; the Bullitt Foundation; the Spokane Intercollegiate Research and Technology Institute; and the Community Foundation of Dallas."
