I follow what you're saying but, at the risk of sounding greedy LOL, it appears as if HRBC is going to track 75% of PRGN's share price as the process moves forward. Aren't we as shareholders held hostage by the mood toward PRGN? Would the only reason to vote for this be a wish to be part of Peregrine?
Doesn't seem to me like we're getting what's fair for HRBC.
