Nope. There's been no sign of their SEC filings which are required for OTC-BB.

Touched base with the folks at HGRM, today. I was beginning to wither in this pink sheet wasteland. Their world, no doubt, is focused on the printer. They seem very upbeat about it. After the first working prototype is completed, it would take about two weeks per printer to produce. Apparently, there is substantial interest in their technology and they were careful not to "step over the line" as they put it concerning what they could say to me. They are confident about the patents. Moreover, according to them it would be extremely difficult to reverse engineer the innards of this thing. Let's hope the "reverse engineering" can be applied to the stock price! They've taken a lot of shots at different targets--they are about due to hit one, I would think...hope. Still hypernatin' Bolb
