Like you I prefer to maintain as much decision making power in my own circumstance as possible. Where I don't have clear workable ideas at hand to get a constructive decision made in my life, I don't mind getting some counseling on the issue. Where it is a bigger issue that just the sphere of influence I control, I don't mind politicing to get a group decision made. Where it is an issue that doesn't have a high level of concern for me personally but effects the peace and order of society at large, I don't mind somebody else making a decision.
