And just who was in charge during the incubation period of the internet(early years),as well as the technological revolution as as a whole: Reagan & Bush. Republicans favor a hands-off approach when it comes to the markets while Dems want to micro-manage it, anyone that says politics doesn't play a large part in the market better wake up.
