Yes Greg, Talk to your chums. They are finalizing a private placement at 0.35$ and after they'll be well founded 1.5 millions$ The talc's project (Peru) is already paying. The micas'one will start this summer and we talk about 1.5 million$ net. The president is working on a high-tech who will look like Basis100 T.BAS The main question is : "Is it going to be inside Canspar or in a subsidiary ?" If you look at the MSE you'll see 5-6 Co'S halted cause they are turning HIGH-TECH. I'm sure it'll be out of Canspar and for each share of CSZ.A, we'll get 1 for the shell. I know a lot concerning CSZ.A and I see a 4/1 within a year. The float is pretty low so don't try to time this one. Rene
