If anti smoking increases smoking than anti sex campaigns out to encourage sex too- so if education would encourage it, and just say no would encourage it, what would be your point?

Neocon, do you really believe that sex education encourages sex? Now really!

BTW, teen pregnancy and birth rates in the United States have been declining since 1991; births to girls aged 15 to 19 are down 18% since peaking in 1991. I can get you the information on a state-by-state breakdown and by racial group, if you like.
