Update on MDR the B&W Ch 11 proceeding from Yahoo. Case # 00-10992 Ch 11 bankrupts of B&W, so far as of this date 04-06-200, McDermott has won all their motions, the most important one "Temporary restrain Order" claims against McDermott International, and their other companies has been rescheduled to 04-17-2000. Court house telephone # 504-589-7878 ask for case manager, attorney for B&W Jan Marie Hayden, Tel # 504-568-1888. I'm still long MDR. It has been dead money for a long time, but I believe it will pay off big in the long run. Once the claims against the Parent are dismissed, the stock should begin to finally move. Jim
