Perhaps you are right. Although none of your sites covered the last couple of years, 17% isn't so bad. I seem to recall an analysis that subtracted married births (since we are most concerned with unmarried teen pregnancy), and showed a less impressive result, that could be characterized as leveling off (taking into account normal statistical fluctuations). Since I cannot recall more about it, I must yield, though. The number of pregnancies and abortions remain much greater than before all of this started......
