Fwiw, I do not toe the "pop culture" line that drugs are cool. But I do believe that banning drugs brings more problems than it solves. That is all I'm going to vigorously defend. As for things you said or didn't say - the comment I made is a reasonable synopsis of your posts. I was careful not to polarize or oversimplify what I read. The impression I get is that you are saying that drugs and alcohol are dangerous enough to justify a sustained and complete ban. If you actually have a more moderate position ... please specify. This is my chance to get it straight, maybe.
