i'm a lot less certain about that. no credible panic bottom has occurred. the objective measures of sentiment like put/call ratios and Rydex ratios have barely budged. while the downturn in the NAZ was disastrous and scary for many, the subsequent recovery has probably cemented bullish sentiment even more. of course the bears have become more vocal...
