This quote taken from Business Week clearly demonstrates why Batman lacks credibility in my mind: 'Momentum had taken the Nasdaq to levels it shouldn't have gotten to in the first place,' says Joseph Battipaglia, market strategist for Gruntal & Co. This guy has been humping and pumping the Naz since day one. At its heights, he was calling for higher and higher levels and endlessly gave rationales for those incredible levels in the market. He never once spoke about risk. Did he ever express concern over the momentum players in the market prior to the crash? NO!! Now with the Naz down, he has done an about face. Incredible.
