I do not know if there will be a rate hike but I do not believe there should be one. It serves no purpose other than to slow areas that are not prospering that well anyway.

I think it matters somewhat, as what isn't known is how many tightenings will occur, therefore any significant eco number that lends support to tightening is one more nail in the coffin for n + tightenings.
