I'm not sure why you continue to harp on the insider selling topic. Flipping options is standard practice at MTI and has proven to have zero correlation to the fundamental business outlook.

As I said last time we discussed this matter, those sales already happened, in Feb., in the low $30's, and before the run to $50+.

Insiders were selling under $10 a just a year ago. Was that a harbinger of bad things to come?

Ok as I observed some time ago the insiders made a bundle dumping as much as they could!

Now back to business as usual, with plenty of new authorized shares to pay themselves with options that they will get at a very low prices. Follow the insiders cycle and you will do just fine!
