Regarding the patents, I'm beginning to wonder if the market has already discounted a court decision in favor of SanDisk. After adjusting for the negative effects of the Microsoft decision, one would still have expected SNDK to return to somewhere around 140-150. There has been a lot of favorable news recently, including competitor problems (e.g., MemoryStick). Yet the stock has failed to recover. One possibility is that some larger shareholders are selling their holdings (Seagate or Veritas or FMR?). Other tech stocks with continuing losses recovered more than SNDK, percentagewise, or didn't drop as much.

Just seems strange that the stock is once again lagging even NASDAQ. Any ideas?
