I cannot control tha actions of a few rich women that will travel to another country to destroy life for convenience sake.

So you are so radically pro-abortion that you advocate using tax dollars to pay for it?

If you make them illegal and the rich will get them in other countries, or by law breaking doctors. The poor will be left with unsafe procedures, if any.
