I had trouble gaining access to Pristine sites yesterday morning, after getting in on Monday & Tuesday. One quick phone call to the 800 number and I was on in minutes. Whoever I spoke to did say there had been a problem with some of the marketgems logins and he fixed it instantly. The trading room is truly amazing. Both Oliver and Mike give explanations and little "education moments" throughout the trading day. And to be able to listen to the audio and not have to read a screen while trading is awesome. It actually has me muting cnbc - I'd rather listen to those guys.I think they should cut the audia access for traders though, there's one person who keep asking for hand holding via audio all day long....
