Quisp was the cartoon foil of Quake, the large bully that tried to ruin Quisp every chance he got. The cereal company got so many complaints about Quake the bully that it put Quake's fate to a vote, and the public voted that Quake must go. Quisp soon followed suit.

God, can't believe anyone else remembers that stuff.
