Susan has it all figured out. I don't have the sellside reports here at the moment - good thing too since I am in the bathtub and they would get soggy...but I got all warm and fuzzy when as best as I recollect, one analyst came up with a valuation about 20-25%? higher than the price when he wrote his report - this was after their secondary offering. If I had a jaded viewpoint of the stock market, I would almost think the discount rates used and the number of years of revenue that were incorporated into the "model" (and I use that term loosely) were chosen so that the price target would come out to be higher than the stock price at the time the report were written.
