Stops are probably the cause of Tuesday's 500-600 point intraday decline. Boy, would you feel stupid if your stock sold off during this down spike, only to bounce back?

Anyone care to speculate on effect of the Telebanc merger on EGRP's earnings? Seems to me that TBFC had good prospects for earnings growth, but of course there always is a cost to make the merger happen.
