Congratulations.

What exactly was dismissed? You as a defendant, or the whole case against all the defendants?

I wonder if Hitsgalore has the cash to pay its legal bills.

Janice,

Best wishes to you and all of your now ex-co-defendants...

Janice,

Congratulations.

It seems that truth always wins in the end.

We must endure some pain sometimes for attempting to expose the hypsters and crims, but we sometimes get our just rewards.

Not that I compare myself with you or a lot of your friends, but I fight them, too.

Again, congratulations.

Have fun,
Phil

HITT makes entertaining reading.

Has this experience scared people from tellng the truth about scams. If not, starting a forum under 'Overvalued Stocks' called say, 'Blatant Scams' would be a very useful. I'm too scared to do it, but I'd read it often, if such a site exists.

Congratulations. You must be very happy.
