In my phone conversation with Mr. Tobin today, he also told me he had recently received a call from someone claiming to be with a company called Fahnestock, in New York and another two calls from a gentleman in Greece who claimed to be one of the "ZiaSun 8" stock bashers. The man allegedly from Fahnestock said he wanted to buy large blocks of ZiaSun stock. Mr. Tobin said he had the man's name and phone number. The stock bashers representative (name and number also available according to Mr. Tobin) said he wanted to negotiate a settlement to ZiaSun's lawsuit against the infamous "ZiaSun 8" stock bashers because it was "draining their resources". Mr. Tobin was reluctant to say anything more about those phone calls and only mentioned that he was looking forward to meeting these people in court. ragingbull.com

Just trying to let impartial people know what people like you are really all about. Gee Frank, looks like you had to work all weekend, must have been lonely down at the boiler room. Now Frank when you say "people like you" be nice and specific and say what kind of person I am, and the be nice and specific and say what I am really all about. Frank I also see that you think the SEC should give Frisky a medal for stock bashing. Could you please give me an example or two of Frisky bashing ZSUN? All I ever see him do is time and again find glaring examples of ZSUN's crappulent accounting and "perthetic" attempts to make the numbers all add up. And there's also the posts where he shows the massive dilution that's coming soon to your favorite stock. Perhaps my 104 year old cartoon eyes have failed me and I have missed or misread a post of Frisky's where he bashes. If this is the case please show it to me. CMB
