should AMD choose to productize, I also see some interesting possibilities for high speed SRAMs in communication applications as well as L3 caches. SRAM market is real tight right now and a high speed SRAM could be a high margin product.

Interesting. I thought that the demand would dry up since L2s are now mostly on die - and there would be a glut from companies used to supply SRAM for L2.
