Betty, Art - I said before that I thought the win was already discounted, and I still feel that way. Discounted? If the lawsuit is already discounted (I assume you mean already factored into the price and felt to be a non-event.) I think you are giving way too much credit to the investment community at large. I have always interpreted the suit as far from a foregone conclusion... ...and Mr. Market in his infinite wisdom gives us a $50 haircut as a result? Give me a break. This gives a whole new meaning to "buy on the rumor, panic sell on the news." Ausdauer SanDisk...No more haircuts, please!!!
