DEK: Not for long. You see that is the MSFT way. If they can't buy the company they duplicate it until they have it down better than the other guy. It is just that simple. I use MSFT$ and it does a great job and now they are introducing their Tax product which complements that product and competes against Turbo Tax. It is only a matter of time before Intuit will be off to their local commissar to complain of the fiercely competitive MSFT. They will probably tie it all in through $Central and the world will complain that MSFT has captured all these people through MSN.com plus Windows plus any other new initiative (cell phones,palm cpus etc)and that their dominance demands that they share their success with their competitors.
