Steve, It's nearly impossible for anyone to make a reasonable accurate estimate of the number of 300 mm fabs that will actually be built in this cycle. I expect fewer but larger fabs to be built with an increasing percentage of MSI (millions of square inches of wafers) to come out of Foundries rather than IDMs. At any point in time we may have in the order of about 150 leading edge fabs in place. (i.e. leading not bleeding edge.) Hope that helps, Ian.
