Yes I speak to them often.
They feel that there is little benefit to announce any sort of a resource calc. with regards to Hwini Butri at this time. They wish to keep any significant announcements in their pocket and wait for a better POG enviro.
They are turning the drills slowly and generally running the show in slow motion at this time.
As far as loosing the property I have been assured that they are working hand in hand with the Ghana govt. and that there is not risk at this time.

If there is, not even their partner Crew is aware of it. You are correct, technically they stand to lose a big chunk of the unexplored concession.
