Comment: I look at it the other way round...The 15% of shares that changed hands the past 2 days wrung out most of the short term profit takers...yesterday's retreat from its intraday high of $74.25 absorbed about 7 million shares of what I would guess were profit takers...Much of any profit taking may have run its course yesterday...In any event, AMD is headed higher over the near term...The bandwagon effect is just swinging into high gear!

ajbrenner: Looks like another fairly heavy volume day currently projecting 5 milllion plus...The question is will AMD break through $72 resistance of yesterday and if so will it then run for a spell?
