Your comments are conjecture, estimating revenue and earnings is speculation That includes you and the broker analysts. This shortfall was for the quarter ending March, 2000. In that big orders can close at anytime, its foolish to estimate revenue and earnings at this time. I am looking forward to the earnings conference call for more information. Many investors, including myself, will take advantage of the cheaper stock price PMTC has quality management, over $300 million in cash, no debt and tens of thousands of customers. I believe that Windchill will succeed. Good luck.

I still think, IMHO that revenue shortfall was not a disaster at all, since PMTC will make it up eventually as Windchill picks up steam. The hype built in the stock was due to CNBC and some magazines like Smart Money and Money, where some money managers over-zealously touted the stock, particularly T.Rowe Price. PMTC oversold to $ 8+ (since marked was really pissed off! - the typical Wall Street Greed and Fear Syndrome causing manic depression!))and now it has zoomed to $ 11+. It will be at $ 15 before you realize it. If you are looking for a decent return, I would buy now! If PMTC meets the street for the rest of the three quarters, $ 20 is an easy target, and with the same type of hype it could even do $ 30. So a double from these levels is almost assured!
