Sam, I agree with you completely, particularly the gradual approach letting every one adjust to a new environment of higher margin requirements. However, the Feds have not played with margins since the early 70%, and I doubt they will. I also think that it should be put on for a longer period resulting in 5% to 10% increase, and the announcement of these intentions should be at the beginning of the process for the whole period (rather than every month having a new date to wait for, what will the feds do to margins...).
