The online thing is something that I have suggested to him. He is not a big fan of it; but he does not totally disagree with it. I am suggesting to him to make AMFR a more sexier story.

He has told me there is an online company out of L.A. that they know about, but it has not gone any further than just conversation (small talk).

His biggest concern is liability. Most of AMFR's clients hardly ever get on the internet. They are too busy making serious deals.

I believe AMFR could acquire an online brokerage firm as a subsidiary and eventually spin it off. Now, that is something he is entertaining. He doesn't want the liability or headaches. I don't blame him
