Bob, flavor of the day is panicky talk about bear markets and margin requirements. That's appropriate with a 24 hour cycle and half life of about 2 weeks. The markets would be pretty dull if emotion never entered the picture. Little upsets serve a useful purpose inasmuch as it leads to a review of investment philosophy. My view is that the govt. probably has injected enough rules to protect us from ourselves, rest is up to us. The stories are interesting though...be careful out there.
