Hi Larry: I don't pretend to understand it all - but from what you say it looks like you had two possible scenarios: (1) a partial fill (600 out of 1000, so it wasn't an 'All or None' order from you) for your limit sell 'day' order - that DLJDirect apparently executed - and should have registered the trade at $9+. If it was a 'day' order then whatever was left outstanding would be cancelled at the end of the day; or (2) if it was an 'All or None' day sell order from you, then DLJDirect was only able to get 600 shares at your limit - was unable to get the other 400 - so the entire trade failed, and you ended up selling nothing. However, you say that the trade executed, so I would go with (1).

That's all I can make of it - and I won't be surprised if someone corrects me.

Earnings season is coming up - let's see what SBAS has done this time. Looking for another good revenue number.

David.
