08:55 ET Tommy Hilfiger (TOM) 13 13/16: --Update-- CSFB downgrades from BUY to HOLD after after earning's warning. 07:38 ET Tommy Hilfiger (TOM) 13 13/16: Announced that its has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $150 million shares over the next 18 months; has also revised its outlook for fiscal 2001 - revs will be flat to minus 5% compared with fiscal 2000 and net income for the year ending 3/31/01 to be 30% to 40% lower than in fiscal 2000; TOM is not changing its previous EPS guidance for Q4 - will be at low end of $0.35 to $0.45 range.
