What was the consensus on placing a conditional offer from the affinity program and non-affinity program?

I thought I placed a CO with the affinity program, but when I just checked the affinity web page... It does not show up. I used Wit's email link, which said affinity on it, so I thought I was ok. But the affinity page does not show that I placed a CO. Did I screw up?
