Not with this one - Fish rot from the head down and MSTR top brass were involved in accounting shenanigans

LGTO has cleaned house and removed sales force associated with bookings.

Valuation wise -

MSTR / LGTO

P/E - 417 / 95
P/B - 35 / 5
P/S - 25 / 7

One difference between LGTO and MSTR is that MSTR did not have any brokerage like Salomon Smith Barney raising its ratings. SSB upped LGTO.

The SSB price target, however, was a modest $25. We'd hit that with only a 13% rise. From a chart, $25 is a reasonable resistance level. What happens after that isn't clear, but one would be surprised by an MSTR-type collapse.
