Four things imho.

The stock has been trading in a tight range for the past two months - mid 90s. Having been in the stock for as many years as I have (I've been through four splits), I feel it is poised to break out of that channel.

I believe earnings will be strong.

I believe SUNW will start to benefit from the recent MSFT decision. I believe there is a perception in the marketplace that a loss for MSFT represents a win for SUNW.

I like McNealy's ties to GE as a result of his recent appointment to the GE board.

Hope this helps.

Tec.
