Pallisard, It is unfortunate we have to respond to Larry's posts but since they are always negative and usually designed to cast suspicion on the company or the price of the stock, we should not just let them pass. I enjoyed meeting you, FMK and many others who post here at the shareholders meeting. I came away from the meeting and tour with a much more solid understanding of the potential of the company. What seemed clear then and has not been refuted is that there is not only a huge opportunity for Valence to expand its battery production as quickly as it can to fill a huge, unsatisified need, there is an equally huge opportunity for Valence to license and train other companies to produce the product. In fact, as Valence brings others into the technology they help themselves by providing OEM's a second source for the product. Although Larry tries to sound like his intentions are to provide a balance to the threads (on Yahoo he posts as nowaynohow)he is clearly trying to bring down the stock price or at least stifle reader's enthusiasm for the potential of the company. If he was sincere in his efforts why didn't he put his money where his keyboard is and spend a day in Las Vegas with us? His lack of any intimacy with the company has never slowed him down and he has for the past years been one of the most prolific posters on this board as well as the VLNC board on Yahoo. Fred is his favorite target because Fred's timing was flawed, (not his fault, just very bad luck). Fred puts numbers down and makes predictions based on what he is told by people closer to the company. I have greatly appreciated his willingness to share both his analysis and his information. I am glad to see him posting again. I'm sure Larry is not and is clearly on the attack. One should ask themselves why he is attacking. It seems pretty clear to me he sees Fred as a threat to his unstated goal. John, I agree something seems to be holding the price in check. But, I also get the feeling that it is going to break out fairly soon. Midwestpatents on Yahoo said an announcement would come today. I'm not holding my breath because Valence is often slow in getting announcements out. I think they sometimes delay an announcement when it has been predicted on the internet because they don't want it to look like something is leaking from the company. It would probably be better if there were no predictions because when they don't come off when they are supposed to there is a let down and some selling pressure. Back to work.
