I thought it would be fun to review the state of IDTI when I bought it. Note
the never do well technology named Fusion Memory. I got close to
selling a couple of times but held on thru thick and thin or was it paralysis (g).
I salute all long term holders for their excellent display of patience.

Jul 1996 - IDTI announces it's supplying the R4640 Orion MIPS RISC chip for WebTV set top boxes.
WebTV allows internet access using a regular TV. Sony and Phillips have licensed the technology and
plan to get WebTVs on the market by Christmas.

Apr 13, 1996 - Bought 100 shs @ 12 1/8 for Thombros; boy I hope its a winner.

Mar 29 ,1996 - IDTI annouces its first Fusion Memory product, the IDT71F432 cache memory.
Priced @ $5/ea in qty. Fusion Memory is a DRAM based tech w/ SRAM-like speed and near
DRAM density and costs. It allows high performance functions a lower cost and power in a smaller
space. Uses are (32k of) cache memory w/ CPUs.
